Basic Rule:

At the Gate - The mem-
ber and his/her guests
must be prepared to
verify their identity by
driver’s license or some
other means of photo
identification. Any guest
planning to attend must
be previously registered
by the member. Any
fees that are due for the
extra guests need to be
paid in full once all
guests have arrived
(fees based on log
sheet). No guest is al-
lowed on the grounds
unless member is pre-
sent.

REMINDER: NO OUTSIDE AL-
COHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE
ALLOWED ON CLUB GROUNDS
OR DOCK AREA. WE ARE
VERY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS
RULE.

    CBBC Apartment Rental

    The Clarklake Beach
    and Boat Club apartment
    is available for members,
    their families, and guests
    who are visiting. The
    apartment is located
    above the clubhouse
    and has a dining room,
    living room, a kitchen
    space, and a newly re-
    modeled bathroom. The
    two and half bedrooms

    can sleep up to five people.
    The amenities include ca-
    ble television, microwave,
    stove, oven, dishwasher,
    and refrigerator.  The
    beach is only yards away.
    This apartment rents for
    $400 a week during the
    summer season and $100
    a week between Septem-
    ber and May. A 20% rent
    deposit is required to hold

    a specific week. Check in
    after 4:00 pm Friday and
    check out by 11:00 am
    the following Friday.
