Rental Information:
The Clarklake Beach and Boat Club Apartment is available for members, their families
and guests who are visiting. This upper apartment has a dining, living room and
kitchen-
en space with a newly remodeled bathroom. The two and half bedrooms can sleep up
to five people. The amenities include cable television, microwave, stove, and oven,
dishwasher and refrigerator. The beach is only yards away.

Renting Price for a Week:
- During Summer Season $450 per week (5/23/08 ~ 9/5/08)
- During Off Season $350 per week (4/4/08 ~ 5/23/08 & 9/5/08 ~ 10/31/08)
- 14 day advance cancellation
(1/2 of the deposit will be refunded and
a Full Refund will depend on circumstances)

Check In/Out Times for a Week:
- Check-In: Friday after 3:00 pm
- Check-Out: Thursday before 11:00 am

- Check-In: Friday after 3:00 pm
- Check-Out: Monday before 3:00 pm

Renters Must Provide:
- Their own linen and food during the week.

Renting Rules:
- Must be a Club Member
- No Pets are allowed
- No Smoking inside Apartment
- No minor children left unattended in the apartment with out an adult on the club
property
- Amount due is required before getting keys
- All Damage incurred by the Renter, their Families or Guests will be the
responsibility of the renter, at their own expense. If the club has to initiate the
repairs the renter needs to
make immediate restitution or membership will be
suspended until amount is paid in full
- ONLY ALCOHOL PURCHASED AT THE CLUB IS ALLOWED ON CLUB
PROPERTY AND THE DOCK AREA
- Must follow Club Rules (Renter will be held responsible)
